Living Healthy · Just Right™

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share when you use the Just Right wellness programs.

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Legal entity name (“Living Healthy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with the Just Right™ family of wellness programs — including Just Right GLP-1™ and Just family of wellness programs — including Just Right D™, Just Right GLP-1™, and Just Right Healthy Aging™ — and the websites, questionnaires, and communications we provide (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02Wellness, not medical care

Just Right programs provide general health and wellness support. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from your physician or other licensed healthcare professional.

Because we are a direct-to-consumer wellness company rather than a healthcare provider or health plan, we are generally not a “covered entity” under HIPAA, and the information you share with us is generally not “protected health information” regulated by HIPAA. Instead, the health-related information you provide — such as your age, weight, and health history — is handled under this Privacy Policy and the other privacy laws that apply to us. We treat that information as sensitive and protect it accordingly.

Note for counsel: confirm whether any program component (e.g., a downstream billing or provider relationship) could make Living Healthy a covered entity or business associate. If so, a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and BAAs will be required, and this section must be revised.

03Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact & account details: name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address.
  • Health & wellness questionnaire responses: information you enter so we can personalize a recommendation — for example age or date of birth, sex, height, weight, geographic location or sun exposure, current medications and supplements, relevant medical conditions and health history, dietary and protein intake, GLP-1 medication use, and your goals.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Communications: messages you send us and your preferences for email and text updates.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & analytics).

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from service providers who help us operate the Services, such as our payment processor, fulfillment partner, and analytics providers.

04How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your personalized wellness recommendation and run your program;
  • Process orders, payments, and shipments, and provide customer support;
  • Deliver the program content you sign up for, including exercise videos and nutrition tips by email or text;
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
  • Send administrative messages and, where you have opted in, marketing messages;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and Living Healthy.

We do not use the health-related information you provide to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not sell it.

05Text-message (SMS) program

If you opt in to receive text messages, we (and the messaging providers acting on our behalf) will send program content and updates to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

06How we share information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf — for example website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, text-message delivery, email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction or consent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

07Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

We use analytics provider, e.g., Google Analytics to help us measure and improve the Services.

08How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10Your privacy choices & rights

You can:

  • Update your account and questionnaire information by contacting us;
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or texts by replying STOP;

11U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states). These can include the right to confirm whether we process your information; to access, correct, or delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

The health-related information you provide is treated as sensitive personal information. We use and disclose it only to provide the Services you request and for the other purposes described in this policy, or with your consent where the law requires it.

To exercise these rights, contact us as described below. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to act on their behalf.

12Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
